Fault finding & skills development
A diagnostic method matched to each technician’s current level.
Our trainers are fault-finding experts. Support is organized around two complementary paths: consolidating electrical fundamentals and tool proficiency, then developing a structured, effective and repeatable diagnostic reasoning process.
01
Consolidate electrical fundamentals and tool proficiency.
02
Structure diagnostic reasoning until the technician becomes more independent.
The right starting point
Assessing the technician helps determine their needs.
It provides the starting point for support matched to their current level.
A repeatable approach
Move from symptom to cause without replacing parts at random.
The support teaches a clear decision-making process. Every test should answer a question and move the technician closer to the actual cause of the fault.
01
Define the symptom
Reconstruct the conditions in which it occurs and separate facts from assumptions.
02
Gather data
Read fault codes, observe parameters and perform the first relevant checks.
03
Prioritize hypotheses
Choose the most discriminating tests before any intervention or replacement.
04
Confirm the cause
Validate the diagnosis through measurement, then verify the result after repair.
E-learning · in preparation
Consolidate fundamentals and tool proficiency independently.
FCPV is preparing foundation modules covering the correct use of diagnostic tools and essential checks. Each technician will be able to consolidate prerequisites at their own pace before continuing through hands-on practice and on-site support.

Work on the faults encountered by your teams.
The intervention can use your vehicles or machinery, your tools and cases your teams have actually encountered. The content adapts to participants’ current level and the systems they need to diagnose.
