Retention periods

• The cookie preference is retained for six months.
• E-learning account data is retained for the duration of access, then for the periods needed to evidence the service and comply with legal obligations.
• Audience-measurement data, when enabled, is configured for a maximum retention period of fourteen months.
• Messages and data relating to a service are kept for the duration required by the relationship and then for applicable statutory periods.
• Technical logs are retained only for as long as required to operate and secure the service.

Recipients and service providers

• Authorised FCPV personnel only access data required for their duties.
• Vercel provides technical hosting for the website.
• Google Analytics receives audience-measurement data only after consent and when the service is enabled.
